What Happens Next?

Your responses to the survey is reported collectively from other students on the programme to tutors, their line managers, the Head of Department and General Manager of each programme.  The Academic Manager, who has a Polytechnic-wide view of our programmes, is also copied into the report.  After each survey interval, Faculty Academic Committees discuss student feedback and action plans are formed based off the information received.  Each year, programmes perform self-assessment on their programmes, using data received from the student surveys.  These reports are presented to Senior Management team each year.

Institutionally, after each survey interval, student feedback from all programmes is analysed in aggregate to determine statistical satisfaction scores and examine trends that emerge from qualitative feedback (comments students submit).  These reports are presented to TPP’s Academic Board to inform future decision making.
